Review the fairground early
A busy fairground has access, audience and operating-area considerations. We review the proposed firing and fallout areas, nearby activity, vehicle access and venue requirements before recommending a display. A site map is a useful starting point.
Give the board a clear comparison
Shows start at $3,000, with a recommended minimum budget of $1,000 per minute. Compare display intensity, effects, pacing and scope alongside duration. We discuss design options and document the agreed arrangements in your proposal.
Choose traditional fireworks or music
A traditional display can provide a strong finale. A pyromusical choreographs fireworks to a soundtrack. If you choose music, the proposal confirms how sound reaches the audience and who supplies and operates the audio.
Coordinate the event responsibilities
We discuss local coordination, grounds access, crowd management, weather communication and the agreed cleanup scope with your organizers. A customer certificate of insurance is provided; tell us about other board or vendor-document requirements early.
