Share the schedule for performances, speeches, sponsor acknowledgments and the fireworks. We discuss the display timing, viewing area, production contacts and audio arrangements so the finale belongs in the program.
Keep the committee's budget useful
Shows start at $3,000. We recommend a minimum budget of $1,000 per minute. Your proposal sets out the agreed display and event scope; design, choreography, travel, audio and site requirements influence the final figure.
Plan the site and responsibilities
We review firing and fallout areas, audience locations, access, nearby activity and venue requirements before recommending a display. Local approvals, event access, crowd management, weather communication and cleanup responsibilities are discussed with your organizers.
