A starting point for every occasion
The $3,000 starting price applies to a show, including weddings and private celebrations. A five-minute display suggests a recommended planning minimum of $5,000. This is budget guidance, rather than a fixed-duration package or a promise that every venue can support the same display.
Design changes the experience
Pacing, intensity, effect selection and the balance of the opening and finale influence the display. Two shows of the same duration can look and feel different. Discuss the occasion, audience and priorities as well as the minutes.
Music and event arrangements
A traditional display does not need a soundtrack. A pyromusical adds music choreography and requires agreed audio arrangements for the audience. The proposal confirms the display and what sound equipment, operation or coordination is included or arranged separately.
Travel and the proposed site
Tell us the location early. Travel, venue access, site suitability and event requirements affect the planning and quote. The proposal identifies the agreed scope and inclusions rather than leaving those details to assumptions.
What to compare in a proposal
Review display design, duration, music, audio, travel and site arrangements, along with approvals coordination, insurance documentation, cleanup scope and weather terms. We carry insurance meeting legal requirements and provide the customer with a certificate of insurance.
Bring the budget you actually have
A working range helps us discuss suitable options. If the figure is undecided, say so. Public committees can also share a decision deadline; couples and private hosts can share the venue and preferred moment. An inquiry does not reserve a date.
Share your occasion, date, location and working budget. We will discuss what a suitable proposal should include.
