When you request a quote

EpicSky Displays collects the contact and event details you choose to submit, including your name, email, event type, date and location, and any optional phone number, venue, budget or message. We use those details to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and coordinate your event if you book.

How your request is handled

Requests are stored in our website database and notifications are sent to the EpicSky team. Cloudflare provides website hosting, data storage, spam protection and email delivery for this website. Please do not include payment card information or other sensitive personal information in the form.

Security checks and service logs

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse and may process technical information such as your IP address and browser information. Our service providers may also process technical request logs to operate and protect the website. This site uses Google Fonts, which causes your browser to request font files from Google.

Campaign information

If a link includes campaign source or campaign name parameters, those values may be included with your submitted inquiry so we can understand how you found us. This version does not load advertising or analytics tracking tags.

Your choices

You can contact us by phone or email instead of using the form. To ask about, correct, or request removal of information submitted through this website, email sales@epicskydisplays.com. Information needed for an active event, business records, or legal obligations may need to be retained.
