Start with the production brief
Describe the occasion, preferred display time and how it relates to participants, performers, announcements or the finale. Share the run of show and who coordinates cues. We confirm the agreed timing and communication plan as part of the scope.
Define the effect and the venue
Outdoor aerial fireworks differ from effects close to participants, performers or spectators. Tell us what you are considering and where people will be. Confirm the proposed effect, site requirements and applicable approvals before choosing a display.
Review audience and operating areas
We review the proposed firing and fallout areas, viewing locations, nearby activity and access with the venue and event team. Site permission and applicable local requirements remain part of the decision before a display is confirmed.
Agree audio, access and responsibilities
Traditional displays and optional pyromusicals are available. The proposal confirms audio arrangements, site access, event communication, weather decisions and cleanup scope. A certificate of insurance is provided to the customer.
Budget for the experience
Shows start at $3,000. We recommend a minimum budget of $1,000 per minute. The display's intensity, effects, choreography, travel and event scope influence the final quote, so duration is one comparison rather than the whole brief.
Bring the venue, event schedule and intended moment. We will discuss what is appropriate before recommending the display.
